摘要：
The legal protection of intellectual property requires adequate criminal and procedural regulation. In this article, the authors analyse the specific regulation of crimes against intellectual property contained in the Spanish Criminal Code and also the procedural specialities in terms of legal standing, appropriate procedure, precautionary measures, investigative measures carried out in the investigation phase, as well as the particularities in the field of evidence and sentencing.
