摘要
In power systems with a high proportion of renewable energy, more adjustment and ramping resources are required for improving the power system flexibility. In this paper, a systematic and comprehensive evaluation system for the flexible ramping products (FRPs) performance of power generations is proposed to help dispatching and investment for flexible ramping resources. Firstly, the comprehensive evaluation index system is established considering both static and dynamic indexes of FRPs performance. Then, a subjective and objective weighting method for FRPs performance indexes based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy is proposed, and the combination weight is optimized for minimizing the deviation of subjective and objective weight of total power generations. On this basis, the comprehensive evaluation method based on TOPSIS algorithm is utilized to obtain the evaluation results and ranks of power generations for FRPs performance. Finally, a case study of power generation companies with different power sources demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method in accurately assessing the FRPs performance using both configuration information and actual ramping performance data.
