With the continuous development of the times, China's science and technology has also been continuously developed, and its comprehensive strength has also been improved. Nowadays, the field of neural network algorithms is gradually entering the public's field of vision. More and more experiments will use this system. More and more researchers are putting their energy into this field. At the same time, artificial intelligence Technology has also developed rapidly and has gradually become an indispensable tool in people's lives. The main function of the neural network algorithm system is to be able to clearly distinguish images, to be able to monitor the target of the experiment in real time, to recognize the voice and intonation of different people, and to use machines to translate various languages into target languages. Network algorithm systems are welcomed in many aspects, including computer science, linguistics and other fields. This report will be based on actual experience, through the neural network algorithm system and FPGA hardware system, to analyze the main characteristics of China's ethnic music teaching system, and design a new way of teaching, that is, using the national musical instrument remote teaching system Teaching terminal system for teaching. This system can use the Internet to teach and has screen capture and screen recording functions. It can not only collect and organize various information, but also use multimedia to increase the interest of the classroom. There are many advantages to using online teaching methods. It does not need to consider the space and time problems caused by different regions, and through remote video, students learning national musical instruments can be monitored in real time, which not only solves the problem of insufficient teachers to teach many students, You can also use network acceleration to solve the problem of being unable to attend classes due to low network speed. In this system, we combine the B/S mode and the C/S mode, so that students will not have the problem of being unable to attend classes without good equipment.
