摘要
The modernization of electric power systems and the increasing use of sensitive loads in commercial, industrial, and residential distribution networks have created a growing demand for high-quality supplies. To address these challenges, this study proposes using an expert system approach to provide practical and reliable restoration plans and explicit scenes that can aid dispatchers in achieving their restoration goals. Using the expert system, a restoration path is first assumed, and then a power flow calculation is performed from distributed generators (DGs) to critical loads using the PowerWorld simulator to validate the restoration path. This approach allows dispatchers to quickly and easily choose the most effective restoration path, reducing the need for extensive switching and minimizing downtime. To further improve observability and safety, the outage area is divided into smaller regions to restore critical loads, while DGs are started in sequence rather than simultaneously. In addition, an expert system is used to comprehensively analyze the service restoration plan and identify critical loads to prevent missed operations or other accidents. These technologies are designed to guide technicians during downtime, helping them make informed decisions about switch operation and select appropriate restoration paths. Finally, based on the PowerWorld simulation software, the restoration paths from DGs to critical loads are verified using power flow calculation, allowing an appropriate restoration path to be chosen.
