Research on Strategic Management Method Based on Supply Chain Flexibility Model

Supply chain management, as a basic concept at the strategic level, is more focused on maximizing the overall value of the end customer to enhance the competitive advantage and strategy of enterprise development in business management practice. In the increasingly innovative market environment, the supply chain should be fully discussed and analyzed in practice if it wants to keep the flexibility consistent with the characteristics of dynamic environment. Therefore, this paper mainly starts from the enterprise strategic management method, carries on the comprehensive analysis to the supply chain flexibility model, clarifies the variable relation and the competitive advantage contained in the model, and finally carries on the calculation analysis based on the mature model of supply chain flexibility fuzzy evaluation.
