摘要
This article is based on a cross-sectional study and reports on child welfare workers' views on the extent of COVID-19-related disruptions to child protection services for newcomer families in Ontario, Canada, and how child welfare services across rural and urban settings can be improved as the pandemic continues to unfold. Mental health services, financial and material assistance to families, and cultural responsiveness to families' needs were reported as important areas to be improved during the pandemic and post-pandemic.
