摘要
It has been extensively studied how lotus leaf self-cleans, but most biomimetic research materials are polymers, where the surface structure is vulnerable to damage. In this research, we proposed a dual-phase nanostructured coating with high hydrophobic structure, aiming to obtain the bionic lotus leaf surface structure. We created the surface structure of the bionic lotus leaf using plasma spray-physical vapor deposition technology. It was demonstrated that the contact angle was greater than 130 degrees, which has great application potential in the field of waterproofing and hydrophobicity.
