摘要
A total 375 one-day-old male broiler chickens were allotted into five groups including: 0, 25, 50, 100 and 200 mg curcumin nanoparticles) CurNPs). Final body weight increased and feed conversion ratio improved by CurNPs supplementation. Antioxidant enzymes activities were increased and malondialdehyde was reduced by CurNPs. The white blood cells (except heterophil) increased and red blood cells and hematocrit decreased by CurNPs supplementation. The serum enzyme activity, cholesterol and triglyceride reduced and protein increased by CurNPs supplementation. Also, The CurNPs, increased relative weight of spleen and immune indices concentrations in serum. Moreover, The CurNPs addition improved gut morphological traits in the Jejunum. CurNPs supplementation. Moreover, CurNPs supplementation tended to lower cecal E. coli, coliform, aerobic, anaerobic bacteria, and total yeast and molds count, in concomitance to greater Lactic acid bacteria population.
