摘要
Today, spondyloarthritis (SpA) is still diagnosed with a delay of more than 6 years. For this reason, it is important to recognize the symptoms of SpA early in order to initiate diagnosis. In particular, imaging, as well as a thorough medical history and examination, plays an important role. The aim of non-drug and drug treatment approaches is remission, or at least low SpA disease activity. Regular monitoring helps to ensure the quality of care.
