摘要
The grain-oriented silicon steel sheet is applied to the primary core of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor to enhance its thrust density. To compute the performance of the grain-oriented silicon steel sheets permanent magnet linear synchronous motor accurately and rapidly, an equivalent magnetic network model considering the anisotropy of grain-oriented silicon steel sheets is proposed, the uneven magnetic density distribution of the primary tooth and the end effect are also considered. The equivalent magnetic network makes it possible to evaluate the influence of core saturation by iteration, from which the tooth flux density distribution, the flux linkage, the back electromotive force and the thrust of the linear motor are calculated. Finally, the accuracy of the equivalent magnetic network model is verified by the finite element method results.
