Viele COVID-19-Kranke leiden noch Wochen oder Monate nach der akuten Infektion unter gesundheitlichen Einschrankungen. Wie stark gefahrdet sind diesbezuglich altere Menschen? Und welche Faktoren beeinflussen das Risiko fur anhaltende oder neu aufgetretene Komplikationen? Diesen Fragen ging ein US-Forscherteam mithilfe einer retrospektiven Kohortenstudie nach.
