摘要
Corrosion is an important cause of restricting the development of our industrial economy, and protective measures for metals can effectively reduce corrosion losses. The corrosion inhibitors commonly used in the industry contain heavy metal ions, which can cause damage to the environment and increase the risk of human illness. Natural corrosion inhibitors prepared by extracting active ingredients from plants have the advantages of environmental protection, wide source, mild performance, and low cost, which can greatly improve metal corrosion problems, relieve environmental pressure, and promote the recycling of green materials. The corrosion inhibition effect of developing plant corrosion inhibitors is influenced by various factors such as the source of plants, the content of the main active ingredients in plants, and the preparation process. Therefore, the paper summarizes and classifies the active ingredients in plant corrosion inhibitors, analyzes the chemical structural properties and corrosion inhibition mechanism in the active ingredients, contrasts and analyzes the extraction and separation methods of plant corrosion inhibitors, and provides an outlook on the research prospect of plant-derived corrosion inhibitors, which provides a theoretical reference for the industrial application of plant corrosion inhibitors.
