摘要
Movement in child development has always been the mainstay of the psychomotor discipline. This includes studies from the last century that pay attention to movement disorders and in particular developmental dysp-raxias. It recalls that praxis, including manual praxis, depends on the interaction of all body segments and focuses the discussion on the two components of the intentional act: Motor Quality (MQ) and Motor Organization (OM). Their proper assessment allows us to distinguish motor coordination disorders (QM disorders) from developmen-tal dyspraxias (OM disorders) and thus to formulate a proper neuro-psychomotor therapeutic approach.
