摘要
Massive PV grid penetration squeezes the functional space of traditional synchronous generating units in the power system, decreasing inertia for the grid itself. For this reason, this paper presents a control strategy for frequency regulation based on the dynamic characteristics of the grid-side DC capacitor. Initially, the control method for the PV inverter is optimized, and the mechanism for the dynamic response model of grid frequency under PV penetration is analysed; secondly, a three-machine and nine-node simulation model is erected; ultimately, this paper analyses the capability of inertial power support for the FR strategy under diverse control parameters and proves the effectiveness for the control method.
