摘要
Mobile social media has become one of the most convenient, widespread ways for users to obtain health information. We construct a mobile social media health information quality evaluation system by conducting a questionnaire survey among 20 experts and 684 users. Then, 498 health WeChat official accounts were selected for empirical research. Results show that health information quality on WeChat official accounts is not high, which is positively correlated with the WeChat communication index, but the content value of health information is not correlated with the WeChat communication index. Our research has reference value for health information governance in mobile social media.
