Ileal perforation caused by the migration of a biliary stent is a rare complication that can occur during endo-scopic stent placement for benign or malignant biliary tract diseases. The current study reports the case of a 45 -year-old woman with a history of Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in which a migrated biliary stent resulted in an ileal perforation.
