摘要
According to the high explosion risk of coal dust explosion and the release of harmful gases, an ammonium polyphosphate-modified aerogel material (ASA) was prepared to study its effect on the explosion intensity of coal dust and the explosion solid-gas products. The results show that when a certain mass of ASA is added, coal dust Pmax decreases by 77.82 %, (dp/dt)max decreases by 71.42 %, and delays the explosion response time by 200 ms; ASA reduces the deflagration flame temperature, quenches the reactive free radicals in the combustion reaction, and inhibits the propagation of the flame; and increases the activation energy of the coal in the rapid pyrolysis stage from 89.886 kJ/mol to 172.016 kJ/mol, increasing the difficulty of the reaction. Regarding the explosion products, it was found that ASA encapsulated on the surface of coal dust, isolated oxygen and heat, inhibited the chemical bond breaking required for coal dust explosion, and reduced the intensity of explosion; the release of CH4 in the gaseous products was reduced, and ASA also had a good adsorption effect on CO2, which was a multi-functional and environmentally friendly inhibitor of coal dust explosion, and it provided ideas for the prevention and control of coal dust explosion disaster and the development of carbon neutrality of mines.
