Modeling of the flow measurement system of multicomponent flows based on the method of differential pressure

摘要
The paper presents a generalized method for measuring the flow rate of multicomponent flows, which is based on a combination of the method of differential pressure and the principle of multichannelling of the invariance theory. The paper proposes a generalized structure of such an invariant system for measuring the flow rate of multicomponent flows and analytical expressions for the implementation of algorithms for measuring the flow rate of substances are obtained. The uncertainty of the measurement results of the flow rate of individual components of the flow is estimated. The results of modeling a flow measurement system on a flow that consists of a mixture in the form of natural gas with a high content of hydrogen sulfide are presented. Metrological characteristics of the invariant system are investigated, and further ways are proposed for the development of invariant methods of flow measurement and improvement of systems based on them.
