摘要
An education design pilot study with a quasi-experimental two-group design was conducted at a large nursing college in South Africa to determine the effect of a six-week educational program on nurse educators' knowledge related to clinical simulation terminology. Simulation terminology knowledge of nurse educators in the intervention group increased significantly (P=.006) compared to the control group. The educational program contributes to educators' increased knowledge and understanding on clinical simulation and its terminology within clinical education. (c) 2023 The Authors.
