Mn2+ doped CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots with high quantum yield and stability for flexible array displays

摘要
To improve photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) and enhance stability of CsPbBr3 QDs, Mn2+ doped CsPbBr3 QDs were synthesize vis hot injection method, whose PLQY reach 84%, possessing a more durable water and heat stability. In this study, the photoluminescence (PL) properties of Mn2+ doped CsPbBr3 quantum dots (QDs) were investigated. The results revealed that an increase in the Mn2+ concentration led to a reduction in surface defects of CsPbBr3 QDs, resulting in enhanced PL intensity Besides, the Mn2+ doped CsPbBr3 QDs were used to assemble WLED devices and printed arrays on flexible substrates, which has achieved excellent effect.
