摘要
Changes in the mechanical properties of carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) bonding adhesive after a fire (high-temperature exposure) are important for the later safety assessment and use of reinforced members. To study the bond-slip model of CFRP bonding adhesive after exposure to high temperature, 24 steel sleeve specimens were fabricated. The specimens were heated to 25 & DEG;C, 50 & DEG;C, 100 & DEG;C, 150 & DEG;C, 175 & DEG;C, 200 & DEG;C, 250 & DEG;C, and 300 & DEG;C. After the heating was completed, the specimens were cooled naturally and a pull-out test was carried out. Based on the test data, the shear stress-slip curve was plotted and the variation law of peak slip and ultimate shear stress with temperature was analyzed. Based on the deformation characteristics of each stage of the shear stress-slip curve, it was divided into rising, breaking, and falling sections and a segmentation function was used to establish a bond-slip model of CFRP bonding adhesive after exposure to high temperature. The model enables the prediction of shear stress-slip curves of CFRP bonding adhesive at different temperatures. The results are valuable for the numerical analysis and engineering evaluation of the mechanical properties of CFRP bonding adhesive after exposure to high temperatures.
