Ein aktuelles Urteil macht deutlich, dass nicht nur arztliche Behandlungsfehler teuer werden konnen. Aufgrund eines groben Fehlers eines Pflegers wurde eine Klinik zu sehr hohem Schmerzensgeld verurteilt.
