摘要
In order to obtain soft magnetic powder core with low loss and high permeability, the magnetic properties of Fe-Si-B amorphous magnetic powder core with small particle size coated with carbonyl iron powder were studied. In this experiment, the effects of adding different contents of carbonyl iron powder and carbonyl iron powder coated with phosphoric acid on the magnetic properties of the magnetic powder core samples were studied, respectively. The experimental results show that the magnetic properties of the samples change regularly with the change of carbonyl iron content, and the magnetic permeability and magnetic loss increase greatly with the increase in carbonyl iron content; while, the magnetic permeability and magnetic loss of the samples added with carbonyl iron coated with 0.6 wt.% phosphoric acid decrease, but the magnetic loss decreases relatively slowly, and the comprehensive magnetic properties of magnetic powder core improve.
