Pretreatments for PDT for the treatment of onychomycosis

摘要：
Verschiedene Studien untersuchen derzeit den Einsatz der photodynamischen Therapie (PDT) zur Therapie der mittelschweren Onychomykose. Ziel ist es u.a., Alternativen fur Patienten zu entwickeln, bei denen eine orale antimykotische Behandlung kontraindiziert ist oder abgelehnt wird. Eine Vortherapie mit Harnstoff oder mit dem fraktionierten ablativen Laser kann das Eindringen topischer Photosensitizer fur die PDT unterstutzen.
