摘要：
This paper attempts to historically explain the temptation that certain jurists have had to be philosophers. In dialogue with Manuel Atienza and Jesus Vega, the status of the Philosophy of Law is examined within the framework of the organization of university knowledges and a proposal is made in this regard: that the Philosophy of Law be cultivated in the Faculty of Philosophy and that the Theory of Law be studied at the Faculty of Law.
