摘要
The research objective was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of elderly knee osteoarthritis (KOA) through clinical collaborative intervention based on Celecoxib capsule treatment and assisted by sports medicine nursing auxiliary (Baduanjin). Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 40 participants were randomly split into control group (CG, N=20) and observation group (OG, N=20) by EXCEL.The CG was addressed with Celecoxib capsules, and in addition to taking Celecoxib capsules, the OG also participated in the rehabilitation training program of Sports medicine. Visual analog scale (VAS) and Lequesne index were used to assess the degree of improvement and clinical efficacy of KOA before and after treatment in the two groups. Result: The VAS (1.35 +/- 0.48) and Lequesne index(1.85 +/- 0.67) of the OG were significantly better than VAS(5.00 +/- 1.12) and Lequesne index(10.70 +/- 2.02) of the CG after treatment. There were a significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P<0.01, T -value of VAS was 17.49, and T -value of Lequesne index was 17.49). The reason was that although CG had a certain effect on the treatment of KOA, compared with OG, taking Celecoxib capsule plus auxiliary nursing training not only curbs the pain of KOA caused by the formation of COX -2 in terms of drug treatment, but also alleviates osteosclerosis, osteophyte, calcified loose body, and had a protective effect on OA cartilage, especially Proteoglycan could better prevent the proliferation of anti slip membrane and bone destruction, As well as effectively enhance the strength of muscles around the knee joint, promote joint stress balance and stability of the knee joint, thereby improving the pain caused by KOA. Conclusion: Compared with the simple use of Celecoxib capsule, Celecoxib capsule and additional Baduanjin nursing auxiliary training were more effective in the treatment of KOA. For KOA patients, they were more inclined to the synergistic treatment scheme and plan of drug intervention and additional non drug auxiliary intervention.
