摘要
In the proposed work, a new window function for the memristor model is developed, incorporating an intelligent adaptive system. For the first time, an adaptive constant parameter for the window function is proposed in this paper, which introduces higher nonlinearity at the boundaries as compared to classical window functions. This parameter depends on the input voltage and frequency to generate a pinched hysteresis loop (PHL). It enhances the nonlinearity of the memristor model for a wide range of voltages and frequencies. The memristor model using the proposed window function provides an acceptable PHL from 0.01 Hz to 10 kHz for various voltage levels compared to other available window functions based memristor models.
