摘要：

Upadacitinib (Rinvoq), the first oral treatment for Crohn's disease, has been approved.Nurses and NPs should follow the warnings listed on the drug's labeling for all uses. Patients should be told to avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice to prevent adverse drug reactions.
