摘要
S-doped LaFeO3 nanocomposites were successfully synthesized for the first time using a hydrothermal method coupled with a low-temperature solid phase method. Characterization results revealed that S atoms were successfully incorporated into LaFeO3 and existed predominantly in the form of S6+ within the LaFeO3 lattice. The sulfur doping enhanced the textural and photoelectrochemical characteristics of LaFeO3.
