摘要
Compressed air energy storage (CAES) is a new type of energy storage technology, which can store electric energy on a large scale. In order to investigate the influence of CAES on the load characteristics of distribution network, a dynamic load model of CAES was established. Firstly, a CAES system suitable for power system analysis is established according to the operation principle. Secondly, the CAES mathematical model for load modeling is built. Thirdly, the operation characteristics of the unit under energy storage and power generation conditions and the transient characteristics under short circuit fault are analyzed. In addition, the ability of CAES to maintain the frequency stability of the grid is tested.
