摘要：
Daphnezomines A, B, and dapholdhamine B, belongs to Daphniphyllum alkaloids, structurally features a unique aza-adamantane core skeletons and eight contiguous stereocenters, including two quaternary carbon centers. In this review, total syntheses of those natural products by three groups.
