摘要
Production cost minimization (PCM) simulation has always played an important role in power system for long-term planning and assessment. However, some simplifications are always applied in PCM modeling in previous works, which makes the results significantly deviate from reality. Besides, due to the large scale of the PCM problem, it is time-consuming to solve. Therefore, this paper proposes a security constrained PCM simulation model considering the shift factor, and develops a fast solving method based on time domain partitioning. Simulation results on IEEE 118 bus system is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
