摘要
Etwa jede zehnte Frau unterzieht sich bis zum Alter von 80 Jahren einem Deszensuseingriff. Seit die transvaginale Einlage synthetischer Netze angesichts zahlreicher Spatfolgen wieder verlassen wurde, stellt die minimalinvasive, Roboter-assistierte oder laparoskopische abdominale Sakrokolpopexie die operative Therapie der Wahl dar. Wie haufig nach diesen Eingriffen operationsbedurftige Komplikationen auftreten, untersuchte nun ein US-Forscherteam.
