摘要
In Gro ss britannien ist die Samenspende seit vielen Jahren eine Behandlungsoption fur kinderlose Paare. Aufgrund von Quarantanebestimmungen werden die Samenproben - bis zum Vorliegen eines 2. negativen HIV-Tests nach 180 Tagen - zunachst kryokonserviert und spater wieder aufgetaut. Beeintrachtigt dieser Prozess das perinatale Behandlungsergebnis der In-vitro-Fertilisation (IVF)? Dieser Frage ging ein britisches Forscherteam nach.
