摘要
The document outlines the trajectory of an experience, product of the accompaniment in the framework of the training and evaluation processes of the pedagogical practice carried out by the students of the Degree in Child Pedagogy at the Francisco Jose de Caldas District University between 2019 and 2022, with teachers in training of last semesters. methodological proposal that focused on consolidating investigative-reflexive processes based on the systematization of experiences, which give rise to transformations in the practice and agency of childhoods. Therefore, those tensions that are drawn in the teacher training processes are displayed in robust investigative activity; second, the prevailing point that contains the systematization and pedagogical documentation as a governing matter of the practice, enabling its reconfiguration, projection of the action, crystallization of the teaching reflection, critical recovery of the experience and production of practical and childhood knowledge. The methodological proposal that was part of the experience traces the route and its respective structure from what was proposed by the Ministry of Education (2017) for the Organization of pedagogical practices, and the times-phases to systematize experiences from Jara (2018) as a path that is planet for training in systematization. Finally, those findings that were revealed online from the previous thing and some conclusions; In this way, the study is proposed as an invitation for research training in undergraduate students from the systematization of educational experiences.
