摘要
This study starts from the discussion about the training of health professionals in the context of multiprofessional residence. It aims to contribute to the strengthening of the Unified Health System in the State of Alagoas, investigating training itineraries for collaboration and interprofessional integration. It assumes that the experience of working in teams in the context of multiprofessional residency in family health enables integrality in the SUS through the process of collaboration and interprofessional integration. A qualitative research in a cross-sectional and exploratory study conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines recommended by the National Health Council, it analyzes collaboration and interprofessional integration in a multiprofessional residency program in family health. Individual and semi-structured interviews were conducted, based on an interview script with questions about the teamwork process interprofessional during the experience of the first year of residency, paying attention to situations experienced as new, unexpected and/or conflicting experiences in the process of integration and collaboration among residents. For data analysis, the residents' narratives were organized into two thematic categories that expressed the learning processes for collaboration and interprofessional integration, namely: from helplessness to cooperation and from collaboration and interprofessional integration. Results showed the context of teamwork provided residents with interpersonal experiences of convergences and divergences that provoked them to seek solutions in their personal resources, providing opportunities for reflection on the practice of interprofessionalism. We believe that there was significant learning among residents in relation to collaboration and interprofessional integration, specifically aspects of training, communication, conflict resolution, leadership and personal development.
