摘要
The present study is developed in educational institutions of primary education of multigrade characteristic in the department of Ancash-Peru. The objective was to identify success factors for the formation of social entrepreneurship competencies in students. We proceeded from a qualitative approach applying the method of systematization of experiences, with the participation of 20 teachers and 120 students. The results show six emerging categories that coincide in teachers and students and that are established as success factors for the formative process of social entrepreneurship competencies: 1.- entrepreneurial management, 2.-entrepreneurial qualities, 3.-sustainable entrepreneurship, 4.-creative thinking, 5.-transformational leadership and 6.-ancestral culture. The theoretical and practical implications of these factors are discussed, and concluded with a projective synthesis of their dynamics for a socio-educational context that favors entrepreneurship; these aspects are also established as the basis of an entrepreneurial pedagogy.
