摘要：
This paper suggests some interpretations on the relationship connecting Atienza's argumentative theory, with its three dimensions of legal argumentation, and the idea of law as a sort of practice. The attempt is made to show the convergence and coherence of both theses within the same philosophical conception of law. Particularly, the metatheoretical implications from such a conception for the criticism of rival legal theories are underlined.
