摘要
The effect of high-temperature hydrogenation to a hydrogen content of 0.15 to 0.40 wt % on the structure, phase composition, and strain resistance of Ti2AlNb-based VTI-4 and VIT-6 alloys differing in the content of beta-stabilizing elements is studied. Hydrogen alloying is found to favor the formation of a heterogeneous multiphase structure in both alloys and to have a beneficial impact on the deformability of the VTI-4 alloy by decreasing the upset force by 36%.
