Facial adipostructure is a technique aimed at the structuring and cellular organization of facial adipose panniculi by means of mechanical vector stimulation, defined by Velazco G. as follows: "Facial adipostructuring is defined as a technique aimed at the panniculopathic reorganization of facial fat compartments according to their structure, physiology and biomechanics, without extracting them under any circumstances". A study is proposed in a period between April -July 2021, controlled with deferred treatment of three sessions, designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the technique of facial adipostructure, 25 female patients between 40 and 55 years were evaluated and underwent three sessions with intervals of every 15 days, and then a routine follow-up for safety and efficacy was carried out every 30 days for 6 months. Safety was measured as follows: subjects assessed their pain at the treatment site after each application on a 100 mm visual analog scale (VAS). For 14 days after each treatment visit, subjects recorded the nature, severity, and duration of any local events at the application site in a 14-day common treatment response (CTR) diary. Any persistent disturbance at the 14 -day time point was automatically considered an adverse effect. As assessed by using GAIS, the degree of aesthetic improvement at week 8 after the last session was significantly important (92.5%). After week 20, the improvements assessed with the GAIS were still visible in 76.9 % of the subjects. The proportion of subjects satisfied with the treatment reached a maximum of 91.8 % at week 4 and was 74.3 % at week 24. Facial adipostructure represents an effective and safe modality of therapeutic approach to improve the conditions of facial aging, representing an alternative that conditions the recovery of the biomechanical conditions of the facial adipose compartments in benefit of the creation of greater anti-gravitational forces in the tissues.
