摘要
Violet phosphorus is a novel gas-sensitive candidate, owing to its unique layered structure, adjustable band gap, high specific surface area and plenty of long pair electrons. The strong gas adsorption of violet phosphorus usually results in the difficulty of desorption, which is detrimental to the reuse of gas sensors. In this letter, photoinduced rapid recovery was explored for violet phosphorus/graphene (VP/G) heterojunction-based NO gas sensor. The results showed that the resistance of VP/G heterojunction-based gas sensor was recovered to the original state within 2 s under the irradiation of ultra-violet (UV) light with the power of 60 W. This work proposed a new approach to solve the desorption of gas sensor, and provided a new thought for the sensing mechanism of violet phosphorus.
