摘要：
Ein erh & ouml;hter Konsum von stark verarbeiteten Lebensmitteln (,,Ultra-Processed Foods", UPF) ist assoziiert mit diversen unerw & uuml;nschten Gesundheitsoutcomes. Im Rahmen einer Studie wurde untersucht, inwieweit UPF Stoffwechselprofile bei Kindern beeinflussen. Eine weitere Studie ging der Frage nach, in welcher Weise sich ein maternaler Konsum von UPF w & auml;hrend der Schwangerschaft auf die neurologische Entwicklung der Nachkommen auswirkt.
