摘要
The endurance time analysis is a method for seismic analysis. This method uses a function with an increasing acceleration value as time passes to reflect the seismic performance of structures at various seismic intensities. It offers the advantages of small discrete and fast calculation. It has not, however, been researched in space structures. In this research, a prestressed partial single-layer twisted reticulated shell with a size of 66 m x 46 m was used as the research object, and the seismic performance of the structure was assessed using three endurance time analysis functions that were compared with the incremental dynamics analysis assessment results under twenty far-field ground motions and twenty near-field ground motions. With a maximum error of 0.011 m in the displacement response, the results indicate that the two methods of assessment produced similar results. In comparison to incremental dynamics analysis, the endurance time analysis reduced computation time by 90%.
