摘要
The research aims to analyze the influence factors of small-medium enterprises in their switching intention from banking loans to P2P lending loans from the perspective of the push-pull mooring model. The self-administered questionnaire is used to collect the data. Hence, PLS-SEM is used to analyze the collected data. The result showed that the push factors, regret, and dissatisfaction directly influence the switching intention, while the pull factors, perceived usefulness, and alternative attractiveness are the main factors of SMEs to switch to P2P lending. Even though, the perceived ease of use failed to influence the switching intention. Hence, from the mooring factors, consumer innovativeness influences the switching intention. Although, the switching cost as mooring factors moderates the dissatisfaction and alternative attractiveness. Further discussion is available in this paper. Number of studies have been conducted relating to the switching intention of P2P lending in Indonesia. However, the study concerning SMEs switching intention in P2P lending is rare. The paper contributes to the gap of literature on the switching of SMEs from bank to P2P lending.
