摘要
In this article we include a reflection on the strategic development of Collaborative on-line international learning (COIL) between higher education institutions of the Spanish-speaking Ibero-American community. The geographical importance of the Ibero-American community and the weight of Spanish in the world does not correspond to its weight in international mobility. In this scenario, the digitization of higher education offers tools for the development of new mobility formats: distance mobility. Our objective is to analyze the potential of collaborative learning as an internationalization tool that allows (i) addressing inclusion in mobility programs: (ii) promoting international mobility between the countries of the Spanish-speaking Ibero-American community, as well as (iii) contribute to increasing the weight of Spanish in the field of international mobility.
