摘要
The outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic situation boosted changes in the activities of public bodies, among them the use of remote work stands out. The objective of the study was to understand the impact of the home office on the behavior of servants and interns of the Board of the Public Ministry of Accounts of Amazonas. This is a basic, descriptive research, with bibliographic, documentary and field research technical procedures, using a form as a data collection instrument. The results show that the body's response to the pandemic has the ability to adapt to organizational change and, in contrast to the literature, the use of homework did not result in a higher productivity index in the Board. As for the behavioral impact, the female response differs from the literature, as they managed to reconcile domestic and professional activities. It is concluded that remote work had a different impact on the women of the Diretoria do Ministerio Publico de Contas and this is evidenced in the divergence of responses between the profiles of this group, however, it is still possible to infer that both civil servants and interns managed to harmoniously exercise their duties. papers during the pandemic.
