摘要
Rubber mortar (RM) is an environmentally friendly cement adhesive material with high energy absorption. However, rubber significantly weakens the fracture properties of mortar. Jute fibers have been incorporated as environmentally friendly fibers to address this issue. This study investigated the dynamic mode I fracture characteristics of jute fiber-reinforced rubber mortar (JFRRM) with six jute contents. The results demonstrated that the jute fibers altered the internal microstructure and enhanced the dynamic mode I fracture properties of JFRRM, with a 1.2% jute fiber content yielding the highest fracture toughness. Therefore, JFRRM can be used for green civil engineering and other applications.
