The objective was to determine the effects of introducing a technical-organizational improvement process system on productive, reproductive, and economic performance parameters. The performance of Dairy Farm 024 was evaluated before and after the introduction of the technical- organizational improvement process system, resulting in a positive impact on productive and reproductive results (P<0.05). In addition, it was possible to increase income by 16,693 national currency and the sustainability of the farm after the improvement process system. The study revealed the need to extend this technical-organizational improvement process to other dairy farms, given the positive results observed in the investigated farm. Furthermore, there is a need for more extensive and systematic economic evaluations to validate the effectiveness of the system.
