摘要
To improve the durability of some components, it is advisable to replace conventional reinforcing steel with reinforcement elements made of fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP). In the past, reinforcement elements with glass or carbon fibers were mainly used for this purpose. At Kiel UAS, the load-bearing behavior of concrete components with basalt fiber reinforcement has been investigated and specific applications have been developed over the past two years.
