摘要：

The objective of this article is to present a bibliographic review of the conceptual foundations of the use of the virtual environment in the teaching-learning process of the General Zootechnics subject. From the study carried out, it was possible to identify the most important theoretical references related to this topic. During the investigation, the historical-logical methods, analysis-synthesis and criticism of sources, among others, were used.
